Arrival:

When arriving at McCarran Airport, proceed out Door 8 of baggage claim and show your confirmation or voucher to the Executive Las Vegas greeter. For Terminal 2, proceed to Executive Las Vegas help desk in baggage claim. A member of our staff will direct you to your awaiting vehicle.

Departure:

Please meet your shuttle bus at the hotel entrance at which you were originally transported on arrival. Please have your return confirmation or voucher available to provide to the driver. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your shuttle bus to arrive. Outbound reservation pick-ups are scheduled 2.5 hours prior to flight departure in compliance with airline and Department of Aviation policies.
